Dr Nathan Newman
Dr. Newman oversees all scientific direction, clinical validation, and regenerative biotechnology strategy for Rinati Labs.
As a pioneer in stem cell science and the creator of the Stem Cell Facelift®, he guides the development of advanced plant stem cell systems, extracellular vesicle technologies, and next-generation Consortia Media™ platforms.
His leadership ensures every innovation is grounded in rigorous science, measurable outcomes, and decades of clinical expertise.
Dr. Dodanim Talavera-Adame, M.D., M.S., Ph.D.
Dr. Talavera-Adame is a physician-scientist specializing in molecular biomedicine and regenerative medicine. Trained in Mexico City and at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, his research has advanced angiogenesis, wound healing, and the differentiation of pluripotent stem cells into insulin-producing cells. An award-winning researcher with publications in leading scientific journals, he now focuses on developing regenerative therapies using adult human stem cells, including mesenchymal stem cells, at Rinati Labs.
Assaf Zemach PhD
Dr. Assaf Zemach is an R&D leader specializing in genomics, epigenetics, plant biology, and biotechnology. He earned his Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute of Science, completed postdoctoral research at UC Berkeley, and held a tenure-track position at Tel Aviv University focused on advanced omics and data-driven discovery. With a strong record of publications and patents, he integrates multi-omics, data science, and AI to drive biological innovation. As Head of R&D at Rinati Labs, he has built a proprietary discovery platform and a diverse portfolio of plant and fungi cell cultures to develop high-value natural active ingredients.
Bong Seop Lee PhD
Dr. Bong Seop Lee is a Ph.D.-trained chemist and biochemist with over 25 years of experience in scientific research, product development, and regulatory compliance. He earned his doctorate in Biochemistry from the University of Regensburg, Germany, and spent more than a decade as a Research Scientist and Principal Investigator at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. His work in nanotechnology, drug delivery systems, and biomedical applications has led to multiple patents and peer-reviewed publications. At Rinati Labs, he ensures every formulation is grounded in rigorous science, safety, and regulatory integrity.
